Basic Needs
As a student, it's not always easy meeting basic needs while attending school and often working and/or taking care of family. Students face numerous barriers to food, housing, health, and other needs that are crucial to academic and personal success. Several programs at Central, and in the community, can help address needs like making sure you have food to eat, help paying for emergencies, keeping a roof over your head, and more as you continue your education.
Emergency Funding
Emergency Funds are a one-time award to assist students with unforeseen expenses that may cause a student to withdraw from school. Emergency Funds can be used once per academic year. Awards vary depending on student need and resources available. Learn more about at Seattle Central.
Parenting Students
